Manhattan House is a neighborhood restaurant for food lovers. They plant the seeds to grow their own food in local community gardens to ensure all their diners enjoy only the freshest, seasonal ingredients. The food they don't grow is carefully sourced from a selection of local farmers and purveyors who embrace the same philosophy of food sustainability and nutrition.

In the spirit of that philosophy, I steered the branding toward a refined but down-to-earth style. The drawings retain a hand-drawn quality that reflects the craft of working every detail, and not resorting to short-cuts. The bright orange gives the menu that bright touch because the movement is hopeful after all.
